Three things I want to say to school leaders right now as you make really important decisions about the Fall: 1. Remind your community of the Core Values and Beliefs that make you special. Any plan is going to keep your organization moving in the direction that your families expect. 2. All about TEAM. Don't let your staff find out about your plans via social media. Involve leaders from shareholder groups and make sure they are communicating with the team. 3. Now, more than ever, leaders need to celebrate little victories every day. Especially in dark times, leaders move people forward with PRIDE, not fear. Leadership opportunities are huge right now.
